Kiran Jadhav is in dire need of collective financial help for a kidney transplant.

Kiran Vijay Jadhav, 30, lives with his mother, wife, and two young daughters in the Vishrantwadi area of Pune. Kiran earns his living by working as a driver in a private ambulance, supporting his family. On a regular day at work, he collapsed and was immediately admitted to a reputed hospital in the city and started his treatment. He started with his medications and was shifted to another private hospital. But Kiran's body was not responding to the treatment and the pain was increasing. Kiran's family rushed him to Sassoon Hospital as they faced difficulties in affording to seek further treatment in private hospitals. After numerous tests at Sassoon Hospital, Kiran was diagnosed with Kidney Failure.
Kiran's parents were shocked to learn that both their kidneys failed at the young age of their only earning child. Doctors have prescribed dialysis for Kiran, who has been undergoing dialysis at the Pune Municipal Corporation's Rajiv Gandhi Hospital in Yerawada for the past eight months.

Since Kiran was a lone bread earner in the family, his source of income was cut off due to her illness. Similarly, Kiran's father passed away six months ago. Doctors told Kiran that he needed kidney transplant surgery and to seek a kidney donor. After looking out for donors, they failed to find one. Without delaying any more days in looking out for kidney donors, Kiran's mother agreed to donate a kidney for the life of her only child, after doctors told her that a relative can donate a kidney to revive Kiran. Kiran's Kidney Transplant Surgery is on October 12, Kiran's Kidney Transplant Surgery will be performed at Jehangir Hospital in Pune at a cost of Rs. 9,075,000.

Such a large amount of money for a kidney transplant cannot be raised for Kiran's family. Also a lot has been spent on treatment so far. A mother who has donated her kidney to her child is looking for a ray of hope, has appealed to philanthropists, NGOs and private foundations for financial help.
